I am legally resident in Canada with Supervisa permit(but not allowed to work), age: 60+, with IELTS and a Canadian BC Professional Certificate of Qualification, WES evaluation at the Master's level, and a Maths&Science educator. I am in
Secondary School Teacher: NOC Code: 41220, TEER Category: 1 (Description: Secondary school teachers prepare and teach academic subjects, including mathematics and science, at public and private secondary schools).
From research, I observed two pathways to PR: BC PNP and new RNIP,the challenge is obtaining a job offer and obtaining a community recommendation. Can someone advise if there are other options to get PR for me or a faster way to obtain job offer.? Can any job offer holds for BC PNP application without LMIA backed job offer? Can I obtain Open work permit on submission of my PR application? Are there any provinces that a PNP will work for me apart from BC(British Columbia province)?

Highly unlikely there would be a pathway to PR for someone 60+. Also you are not considered a resident but a visitor.
