I am looking at the "Quebec Immigration - Skilled Worker Program" and the points system, what i might need to do in order to qualify. I have a query around 2 of the sections and how one would score when married to a Canadian, specifically a Montreal born and bread Québécois
In the section "Stay and Family in Quebec" my spouse would be moving back with me so (although she is living in the UK at the moment) would I still get the 3 points for "Family in Quebec" > "Nature of Relationship" > "Spouse" as she is not currently in Quebec but will be when we move?
Also in the next section "Spouse/Common-law partner Characteristics"; how relevant is this section? I assume that this is to determine the eligibility of a dependent spouse/partner however in this situation she is completely independent as she could move back tomorrow without the need for any visa/immigration application.
