Hi everybody,

I have a friend who was a not approved refuge in Canada, after his refusal he got a ticket
and left Canada properly, after some time he met the woman of his dreams and they got
married, now adays his wife eligible (she's a nurse) to apply for skilled worker immigration.
The questions are, is my friend (as a husband of applier) about to have hard time through
the immigration process? would he be invited for the interview because of the refuge reason?
Is it possible that they can get rejection because of the husband?
Has anybody had deal with that?

thanks all of you guys!

Mary Christmas guys :)

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
If they want to go to Canada, they should apply. They will find out if his claim for refugee status will affect anything. I think not but if yes, there is nothing they can do about that anyway.

As long as he was not deported and left Canada voluntarily,He can reapply with his wife,Now if he was under a deportation order,He will be under a 3 year exclusion from reapplying

No Deportation is a life time ban. You require the Ministers consent (ARC) to return to Canada. Exclusion is a 2 year ban.
