Skilled worker - CSQ process questions

Hi everybody !
Please can someone help me with understanding better these pathways to get a PR for skilled worker ?

From my understanding there are

----- NO CSQ REQUIRED-----

1) Regular Skilled Worker Program RSWP ---> point based

Get enough points and you get the PR


---- CSQ REQUIRED-----


2) PEQ - Skilled temporary foreign worker ---> must meet criteria
1 year of full time work exp in Quebec
Currently in a full time job position in Quebec
B2 French level

After obtaining all the requirements it's now possible to obtain a CSQ and then apply for PR.



3) Temporary foreign worker
(I don't really understand the requirements of this program)

do not need past work exp in Quebec ??
do not need B2 French level ??
can apply even before coming to Canada ??
Must have a CAQ + a work permit
or
an Open Work Permit due to the Working Holiday Experience
+
you have to be allowed to stay in Quebec for 1 year (so doesn't matter if for tourism or work ??)

must use the Mon Project Quebec service to apply for a CSQ?
After obtaining the CSQ you can apply for PR.


Can someone confirm if everything is correct, and give some clarification on the point 3 ??
and how do you obtain a CAQ ??
