skilled worker category process

Hey ,

I am very new to this forum and need some guidance on my case.
I am currently in USA ...working on h1b for past 9 years ...total 12 years of IT experience.
I am looking at option to immigrate to Canada due to family reason.
I am BE in computer science.

Could you please help me with following

Am I eligible for apply in skilled/PNP program .
What is the process for applying
Is there a quota limit .
When can I apply .

You can apply as Skilled worker
but there is quota of 1000 for each category and IT is hot in demand
for that you need to appear for IELTS and min 6 band each required.
you need to do your education credential form authorities mentioned by CIC (like WES)
