Skilled Worker As Electrical Engineer

Hi all,

I really need help in which category should I apply for immigration to canada.

I did my masters in Electrical Engineering from one of the universities in United States and did 4 years of Bachelors in Electronics and communication engineering from India. Now I am working as a Programmer in IT field with 1.5 years of experience and my husband has Master of Computer application from India with 10 years of Experiance in IT field. My concern is can I apply as a primary applicant with a little or no experience in electrical field(As I worked on a project for 3months in my Masters Course) or should my husband apply as a primary applicant but he in working as a Team Lead not as a Manager. Please suggest which is the best way.

1. Electrical Engineer is not on the list of "38"
2. If neither you or your spouse have experience as a "Manager" in IT you won't qualify.
