I need some help. I am a US citizen and I am on work permit in canada and was working as a supervisor at Tim Hortons. I applied for PR in July.2007,Received my AOR in august,2007 and after that I haven't heard from CIC,Meanwhile I lost my job as supervisor at tim hortons(applied under management occupations).Now i am working here as a clerk at one of the local restaurant and this job is also HRSDC approved with approved LMO. My question is would i still be able to get 15 points in my assessment under skilled worker category or do i have to get a HRSDC approved supervisory or Management position for 15 points. Your help in this matter wll be highly appreciated.
