Skilled work experience in different NOC codes but same skill Type A.

Hi,
I have work experience in NOC codes 2171(2 yr 10 month) and 2173(2 year 7 month) -> my primary occupation. But in NOC 2171 experience I have designation of a software engineer. Can I use this title to add to my NOC 2173 experience?

P.S: NOC 2171 - Software Consultant.
NOC 2173 - Software Engineer.

Hi,
You can choose either of the two as your primary NOC.
The requirement is to have atleast 1 year of continuous work experience in that NOC

yes, NOC 2173 is my primary occupation but can I count my total experience to be 5 years 5 months or 2.7 years only? I am confused with this.

5 years and 5 months if both of your NOC are in either O,A or B category.
