I am new here & interested to migrate canada.Recently ,it is declared to take 3000 skilled trades person.But to qualify for it some conditions should be fulfilled & one of those conditions is :
To qualify, applicants will need to have a prearranged job offer in Canada or a certificate of qualification from a province or territory that proves they’ll be “job ready” when they arrive.
How can I get a certificate of qualification from a province or territory ??
It will really helpful if some one can guide me ....
