You need to find an employer who is willing to go through the LMIA process and pay $1 and prove that no Canadian or PR can do the job. Then if LMIA is positive, apply for a closed work permit. You will need provincial licensing to drive a truck.

What do you mean? You go on Canadian job sites and apply for jobs. You will get few responses.

Anybody with a canada job site, all the ones I have been seeing are scam and I do think want to be scam.

anyone recently applied as a skilled driver and had success through SINP or another PNP? I'm curious about how things are going now with LMIA requirements and if it's still hard to find employers willing to support. Anyone care to share their recent experience or tips on getting in touch with legit recruiters?

So you live in Saskatchewan now. If outside Canada, SINP is only focusing on specific NOCs like healthcare. LMIAs are almost impossible to secure. Job needs to be high wage (over $34/hr). If not licensed to drive then no chance either.
