Skill transferability factors - Two or more post-secondary program credentials

Under skill transferability factors, it is specified,

“Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer”.

What is the meaning of this? Does it mean two diplomas?

I have a two year MSC that includes a one year Post Graduate Diploma. Is it in line with this requirement?

If you have Master of Science degree, why not select Master's degree option? I think this will give you more points than the option you asked in your question.

You have to do an ECA anyway before you even start an EE profile. You will get a better idea regarding which option to select based on the evaluation.

Thank you for the reply.

But under skill transferability section, there is no option that is matching my MSC. I was thinking whether I can get points for the last option, which is “Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer”.

I do not know if they changed their options, but I had Master's degree and Doctoral level (PhD) options too when I filled the form. In any case, it might be better to have your ECA done first. If you do it by WES, they provide a Canadian Degree Equivalency.
