Skill transferability factors - I need help to understand

Hi Folks

quote from CIC web, for 25 points -

"Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer (CLB levels 6,7 & 8)"

Above category matches with my profile but I only have ECA of my university degree (4 years). I don't have ECA for the secondary (10th grade) and post secondary (12th grade) certificate.

I want to know for this 25 points, do I need to submit the ECA for secondary and post secondary certificate to CIC? Anybody? Thanks in adv.

12th grade is not post-secondary. Only your 4 years university degree is considered post-secondary. So you won't get those 25 points; so, you don't need ECA for anything other than the university degree.

Thanks for prompt reply. I have one 4 year university degree outside Canada and CLB level 7. Then in below which category I will fall -

2. Post-secondary program credential of one year or longer (CLB levels 3,4 & 5)
3. Two or more post-secondary program credentials AND at least one of these credentials was issued on completion of a post-secondary program of three years or longer (CLB levels 6,7 & 8)

asking because the category "Post-secondary program credential ..............." states CLB 3,4 & 5 and does not mention CLB 7.
