This is question for a friend of mine who is currently in the EE pool. He has a Canadian Masters + ECA of 4 years Canadian equivalent Bachelors + more than CLB 9 in all four categories of the English test + 1 year skilled Canadian work experience.
In the skill transferability factor (subsection: education) can someone claim points for both the clauses "With good/strong official languages proficiency and a post-secondary degree" and "With Canadian work experience and a post-secondary degree". Shouldn't he be getting 50 points for "With good official language proficiency (Canadian Language Benchmark Level [CLB] 7 or higher) and a post-secondary degree" and 25 points for "With Canadian work experience and a post-secondary degree"??? Because in his EE profile he only got 50 points for Skill Transferability Factors: Education.
