I am posting this thread for a friend i made from this forum as i feel he has weak english.

Please assist me in this, as I am not aware of FST requirements since i am a PNP outlander.

He is a cook (6322 NOC) and holds LMIA and a valid job offer. Highest degree he have is Higher Secondary Certerificate from Nepal with an incomplete bachelor. He has no ECA (do we need eva in FST as well? if yes please tell which body will give ECA for his HSC education

His current IELTS score is: speaking 6 Writing 6 Listening 5.5 Reading 4

What is certificate of qualification? for NOC 6322 which body will issue this?

What are his chances and how can he improve it for PR?
