Hi everyone,
My background is I have PR through SK PNP program. I have lived in SK 7 months before I had PR (I came to SK right after 2 months I got work permit). I have lived in SK 3 months since I got PR

However, in my job offer area, it doesn’t have my ethnic community. I wanted to live near my community, but where I lived was more than 200 km far from the place I worked. After I got PR, I had a job offer from Alberta (higher paycheck).

I notice and understand that when I have PR through SK PNP, I have to prove that I have INTEND TO STAY and contribute to the province.

For now, I have health cards, driver license, renting contact (10 months), Tax claim 2022 (SK).

Are those enough information that proven me I have intend to stay in SK? I have heard people said they have request LOE from the province (some people said even refuse to give citizenship) after they got PR and move to other province.

I also sponsored my family members. Do they have to prove that they have intend to stay in SK as well or this only apply to nominee applicants?

If anyone experienced or know some about this, please help me. I would appreciate it a lot!
