Size of the PHOTOS

For PR there was a photo requirement:

50 mm x 70 mm (2 inches wide x 2 3/4 inches long) and sized so the height of the face measures between 31 mm
and 36 mm (1 1/4 inches and 1 7/16 inches) from chin to crown of head (natural top of head)

I want to take some photos with me for: PR Purpose (After landing), then for opening Bank Account and Health Card application etc.

My Question is -> Is the specification for photos for all these purpose will be the same? (i.e. 50 X 70 mm)

Or I can go for standard passport sized photos? (35 X 45 mm)

Besides, are all the photos required to have photographer/studio information and dates at the back side?????

1. You don't need photos to open a bank acct, or to apply for your Health Card.

Can some one help me which one is correct for e-APR.

The frame size must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8″ x 1 3/4″).
The photographs must show the full front view of the head, with the face in the middle of the photograph, and include the top of the shoulders.
The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm (1 1/4″) and 36 mm (1 7/16″).
