I would like to inquire about the experience section of six selection factors. The section says the applicant can secure up to maximum15 points. My question is, do scores are awarded for working in one position for a specific number of years or all the positions that one worked in the last 10 years?
For instance,
I started my career as Administrative Assistant (NOC 1241) and worked for 1 year and 4 months.
Then I took up a new role and worked as HR Coordinator (NOC 1121) for 3 Years.
Presently, I have been working as HR Administrator NOC ( 0112) since Feb 2016 (2 Year and 5 months)
If I calculate my experience for the last position, I have worked 2 year and 5 months and i score 11 points.
If I calculate my whole experience, I have worked for 6 years and 9 months and I score 15 points.
Please advise, looking forward to getting your valuable pieces of advice.
