Hello.. I have a sister who is a Filipina and who worked in dubai and plan to come here for a visit.. She applied last August in dubai in time for my baby's christening in September 22 but unluckily she was denied due to the relationship issue, her employment status.. We complied everything and even supporting documents of our relationship (her birth certificate) and her employers certificate with our invitation.. I'm not certain at which point she was still denied and if ever she re-apply, is there a waiting period? Thank u

She can reapply immediately. There is no waiting period. She should make sure she addresses the reasons for refusal in her new application.
OK thanks.. Is it OK if she applies in the Philippines than in dubai? I heard it's easy if she apply there.. To establish our relationship I dunno which docs need to submit (done with the birth certificate) and for the employment status dunno what else to submit (done with the employers cert).. Help!
it is always good to submit extra documents like bank statements, pay stubs, letter from employer confirming leave of absence, basically she has to prove that she has reasons to return to her country
