sister visit visa

hi, my wife, in canada will go for sergery, we have one 1 year old baby, i work,wife will need help for a month, we plan to get letter, sponsor, to my sister, single 26,teacher in pk,for a visit to help us, anyone had this situation, and had results from CIC please share. thanks
