If my sister is living in Canada when I apply for my study permit, would that be a problem for my application? How can I make my application stronger if my sister is living in Canada as a PR?

What would be the best way for me to obtain a study permit in this situation? My father and mother lives in my home country and my father has a business here. What other ways can I make my application stronger and not get rejected because of this situation which I've no control over?

How can I show them that I will return home after my studies?

Going by shared rejection profiles so far, it seems linking family in canada to study permit is 'more disadvantaged than advantaged'. But I wish u open a forum of those who link canada ties with their applications & granted. Hope this will be able to let us weigh the options.
