Hi,
I currently have a work permit, but I moved from Canada to USA since my husband works there. I was told I can still enter Canada with my work permit alone.
Here's my question: I plan to go back to Canada for my graduation ceremony and I want my sister to come as well. My mom has already been approved for a visitor visa. Both my mom and sister are in Iran and are citizens there. My sister is currently an undergraduate student in engineering in Iran. She recently applied for a US visitor's visa to the states but she was rejected due to insufficient ties in Iran.
Does she have a chance to get a Canadian visitor's visa? Has anyone (especially international students/workers) had their brother/sister apply for a visitor's visa and was successful?
