SINP work permit Extension

I got my SINP in November and I filed my PR waiting for File number. My open work permit is expiring in few months my question is I can apply for Bridging Open work permit or do I need to apply for closed work permit? My employer did job approval part but he is not willing to apply for work permit. Please anyone suggest me what to do. Thanks

If your nomination is not tied to an offer, you have to apply BOWP

If you nomination is tied to an offer, you have to apply Close WP with IMM5710 and have your employer pay compliance fee.
