SINP Work Experience claim and MBA with Engineering points claim

I have continuous experience of + 10 years except 15 days when i switched from one job to other. Can i still claim 10 points as the requirement is 5 years each for both 0-5 and 6-10 years?
Secondly i have MBA marketing with BE Chemical, can i claim 23 points for Masters degree. My NOC code is Chemiical Engineer (2134) and my Masters degree doesnt match with this NOC code.

Your MBA in marketing needs to match your NOC. So you could claim your B.Eng with your NOC.
