Hi guys,

I got invited to apply for SINP this month with EOI score of 63 under Express Entry Sub-category NOC 7311. I'm a bit confused in getting a "Certificate of Qualifications" from SATCC (the regulatory body for my NOC).

So these are my questions:
1.) Do I need to take exams in Saskachewan after my trade qualifier assessment? According to SATCC website, it says that only Permanent Residents can take the exam.

I Hope someone who had experienced in getting a "Certificate of Qualifications" from SATCC would help me in this. I'll attach the requirements from SINP Website below.

From the SINP Werbsite:

- For Express Entry applications, provide a Certificate of Qualification from the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC), which requires a trade qualifier assessment (step 1) and requires individuals to write exams in Saskatchewan (step 2).

- For Occupations in Demand applications, provide a letter of approval from the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC), stating that you have completed the trade qualifier assessment (step 1) and you are eligible to write exams in Saskatchewan.

You can appear exam at Saskatchewan. Only you have to clear step-1 assessment
Hi sir,

I canceled my EOI invitation under sub category express entry.

And made another EOI under sub category occupation in demand since I dont want to take an exam if im not PR yet.

Luckily, I got invited again. Is it safe to say that SINP will accept my “Approval to take the exam” from SATCC as status of licensure?
