I juat want to know if LMIA is mandatory to apply for SINP student category if an international student (completed a 1 year diploma in SK) has a valid pgwp and job in Saskatchewan?

LMIA is not required under the Student Sub-Category. If you studied in SK, you need 6 months work experience and a job approval from your employer
