I need some advice. So I recently got my SINP approval letter 3 days before my PGWP expires. I submitted my application and notified SINP about the expiration date of my work permit.
1.I know I might not get the nomination in time so if my nomination is not employment restricted, can I still apply for a work permit with no Employer Compliance fee?
2.And also if I were to lose my job after nomination but have already implied status (given that I have submitted an extension to buy some time), what should I do afterwards?
