Is it must to have current, permanent, full-time job offer in your field of study from a Saskatchewan employer in an occupation in the National Occupation Classification (NOC) to be eligible for Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program ?
P.S i am going to University of Saskatchewan as undergraduate student. I didn't know rules have changed for SINP. I thought SINP only needs graduation from an institute in Saslatchewan.
Please reply to me and suggest me other good province for relax PR if there is one. Thankyou
