I need an Advice.
I started working in Sask in March,applied for SINP in October and got my file number over a month afterwards.My work permit expires this month and yet have not gotten my nomination.Explained my situation to SINP but i was told to keep waiting and checking my mail and if by the last day of my permit expiration I don't get it I should apply for another work permit tru CIC using my file number but I upon calling CIC i was told file number alone is not a sufficient condition to get a new work permit that if I choose to apply for it using it my work permit application will most likely be refused...most of my co-employees have gotten their nomination,most of them like a month before their work permit expiration.I have great hope it will all turn out well for me but nevertheless am seeking wise advice and opinions concerning my situation.Thank you all.
