The question ask in SINP is:

Is your degree, diploma related to the occupation you have chosen? Yes or No

A friend of mine wants to apply for SINP, he has done ECA for his MBA only but he also has a bachelor's in computer science that he didn't get an ECA for. He wants to apply for computer software engineer NOC. Can use his bachelor's degree or not? he did MBA in marketing after BCS. Should he answer Yes or No to the above question?

The answer is NO. For SINP, your education must match your NOC. So he needs ECA for his degree and use his degree, not MBA.
