SINP Query

I have applied in SINP OID paper based, but havent got nomination yet, Basically I am an Engineer and hold Bach of Engineering and Master of Engineering degrees in Electrical, But I have applied in SINP having NOC 2241 Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technologists. I want to know the pros and cons later at federal stage if I get the nomination as 2241 Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technologists.

CIC doesn't check NOC related things of PNP nominated people.

and if I get rejected at federal stage due to anything, then in future I cannot change my NOC? I heard once you get UCI Number, you cannot change NOC after that.
