Hi Friends,

I am thinking of applying to the SINP (Saskat) and little bit concerned about few things:

1. Documentation must include a letter of reference from the supervisor or Human Resources officer for each work experience listed that is printed on company letterhead, applicant’s official work book or other official government document. A letter of reference must state the job title, job duties, wage and duration of employment.

Where it states that a reference letter from the HR is required, you know it is very hard to get that and even co’s don’t provide these kind of stuff and says these are against their policies. Please advise me if there is any alternative to it, if we can get any doc like an affidavit or any other which u may think would work….

2. If my uncle lives in Ontario and he wants to give me points, how I need to proceed, kindly advise me on this because I am unable to find material infor related to it…bt I will keep on searching on the web…

Please help me out on these points…plzzzz….

Regards,

Dear Yankeedude2601,

Regarding Query 1: - I think you can simply get your responsibilities authorized by your employer on email and attach that print. Along with that, you can take your supervisor's visiting card/HR visiting card which'll further substantiate your case.
Otherwise, if you dont want to tell at your office, then you can get your job responsibilities notarised (if in India) and attach your friend's visiting card (who is at your manager's level) who can vouch for you.

Query 2: - I think for the purpose of claiming points under Adaptability clause, you need to have your relative in Saskat only but not sure.

Regards....

No points for your uncle since he lives in Ontario.
