SINP Queries...Plz response.

Hello Guys,

I am planning to go get Canadian PR through SINP. Please help me in removing my following queries-:

1) If I obtain SINP certificate, can I apply the Canadian PR from India itself and how much time it will take to get the PR ?

2) Do I need to show any particular amount of funds while applying SINP?

3) Do I need to have similar work experience in India against the job category I will apply for SINP?

5) How many IELTS bands in total I require to get SINP certificate and Canada PR or is there any specific bands in each section which I have to score in IELTS?

6) Is it so, that if I get the SINP Certificate and I apply the PR then I have to got to saskatchewan first or I can go anywhere in Canada once I will get the PR?

I am waiting for your responses against my above queries. Hoping for a favorable response.
