sinp processing time

hi, my name is harvinder singh gill.
i applied under skilled worker programme in saskatoon. isubmitted my file in dec. 2011.
i got an email from immigration department with a file no in january 2012.
since then i havnt got any reply from immigration department.
can anyone plz tell me how long does it take all the process? would be appriciated.

where is your visa office?

my visa office was in regina city. later i came to know that they r shifting their office in saskatoon.
