SINP-Post ITA - Part 2 issue

Dear All,

At the end of SINP's Part 1, when asked about previous PNP applications, I thought that I should mentioned an expired SINP application or an expired Express entry profile, thus selected "Yes". However, when filling-up Part 2 "Previous Application" tab, I understood that the requested was a refused application, which is not my case. I went back to Part 1 and selected "No" for the previous application, but the "Previous Application" tab remained available in the Part 2 section. I am not able to delete it.
Could you please guide me about what to do ? I cannot continue my application nor delete the page and I am afraid filling up anything wrong.

Hi All, Can anyone advise how to upload ECA/any other document to SINP OASIS portal? There is no options to upload file that I could find in the portal. Please help by sharing information. Thanks.
