SINP PNP without job offer

I have a query regarding PNP for Saskatchewan PNP for 2015 without job offer.

They say that this province would pick people from the EE pool & provide a PNP for them.

But, they also give out 500 PNPs for ppl with high skills (on-demand) separately.

What's the point of 2 programs.why cant they do it through EE alone? can someone explain?

I think those 500 seats have to go through normal PNP process, which takes a lot longer than through EE.

Why do SINP keep this stream instead of putting these seats to EE is beyond me

Hi All,

can you help me to get understand on the following SINP program. I am working under NOC 2171 since 2years in Alberta and curetntly working , my CEC application got rejected due to overall cap reached in Nov 2014. Anyhow , I put my EE profile in CIC and I have 235 points without ECA, (ECA is under processs for 3yrs India`s Bachelor degree). Mean while , I saw this SINP 2015

1. International Skilled Workers - Express Entry ( am I eligible in this ??) I believe, if am eligible , I have to show the proof funds which SINP requires.

2. International Skilled Workers - Occupations In-Demand ( this is already filled)
