SINP PNP V/S Canada Express Entry

Hello everyone,

I have submitted for SINP 2015 in september intake. However, I came to know that i am also eligible for express entry.
There is a contract term to stay in SK if i get PRS. But in express entry i can live and work anywhere in Canada. I can find my jobs in Calgary, Toronto but can't find any in SK. Should i withdraw my SINP and go for Canada express entry?
If it is possible what is the procedure?

FYI, I have 10 years exp. in Industrial Automation in which more than 6 years is international and mainly USA.

If you have the required CRS for Express Entry then go ahead directly,

Actually after getting nomination from SINP, you should come back to Express Entry for PR application.

SINP can just provide you the nomination with 600 points for Express entry which would make your Express Entry Road Smoother.

Don't mix up things man

I am under impression that if I get SINP nomination without job offer under NOC, I will have to stay in SK only till i get citizenship (1000 days). If i am leaving SK, PR will get terminated. If i am not getting job in SK what should i do?
May be there is a way to solve this problem there? What i am thinking is i can get Canada PR from express entry in the same money spent for SINP. Ofcourse only one difference is Job offer letter invitation.

If you would get the nomination from SK then surely you have to stay there as they have nominated you. You have to fulfill their requirements.
Try to find the job there and be optimistic. Be loyal to the province which nominate you.

Yes you are right.
I am being hasty here. As I do not have enough information about SK and even Canada, I wanted to leave all options open for me and my family. It could be easy if i knew what could I do in worst case scenario and best case scenario.

I totally agreed with you i am not being optimistic but there is a lot of grey area here for me.

One more thing Nick, I wanted to check is: This application is submitted by my agent and i wanted to check if they are doing everything legal here. There are sort of pushing on SINP when i wanted to go for express entry. They said SINP will be faster and everybody gets job there. But NOC in which they filled was not a perfect match. They registered in NOC for mechanical technologist which does not require licence certificate. I am an Instrumentation and Control engineer and I would have NOC for Industrial Engineers WHICH IS NOT OPEN THIS TIME FOR SINP. But somehow they said it can be matched if responsibilities are matched. But when i saw the list of responsibilities they matched only 10%.
this is the reason i am being more proactive because i left the job to give IELTS and file for PR. This is very imp for me to decide best for my whole family.

Yes you are right.
I am being hasty here. As I do not have enough information about SK and even Canada, I wanted to leave all options open for me and my family. It could be easy if i knew what could I do in worst case scenario and best case scenario.

As I mentioned earlier that if you have enough CRS points then you can go directly without 600 points of SINP.

Actually there is no comparison between EE and SINP. But you can say that if you will get SINP nomination then it would be easier for you to get ITA.
What is your CRS, did you even ask you consultant?

Duties must be match, and as you told the percentage, then 10% is very very less.
Did they give you the login ID and Password of your OASIS account?
Do you know you can do everything by your own, there is no rocket science involved,
You have to just fill some forms, scan and upload documents. That's it.

Hi,

I did ask for CRS but they would not tell me exact figure but told me i will get near 350 which is accurate i believe. I counted myself which came near 348. I checked all draws and i believe every draw CIC is trying to give ITA to average of 1300 candidates and minimum cut off has reached 451. which is way far from my score.
I have received email from SWOASIScorrespondence with file number. I tried to see status but it would not show me and ask me to see processing time. I am still due to submit my experience letters which is a tough task in itself.
Yes you are right i could do it on my own but i had to find a new job for me and i decided not to take too much stress doing lot of things together.

I am not sure how they are matching duties as per experience letters. But I am sure they are matching only 10-20% by max. Will that be an issue?
The way my agents told me they think i will get the nomination bcoz my profile is strong and all the fund documents and experiences are genuine.
