hi, i just want to ask, im working in a fastfood right now in Saskatchewan as a temporary foreign worker, I started June 2013, my employer said she will help us to apply thru SINP on December 2012 (that is our 6th month stay here in canada) my question is, is there any possibility for me and for my other workmates as well to apply in SINP??? because we are actually 10 people going to apply in SINP. please help me and enlighten me with the process, and please help me if it is really possible for us to apply SINP? because ive heard that in Alberta theres only 1 person per restaurant is qualified for their AINP . thanks . :)

As per what I know this is true, but each and every employer has been alloted number of applications for which they can nominate their employees, I am not sure about your employer as how many restaurants he owns in Saskatchewan and how many foreing guys working in those and plan to apply for SINP. If there are more applicants than number of applications your employer has, than your employer would decide how to allot visa verse, it would be simple if there are less number of applicants.

By the way check with your employer how many nominees can he sponser, he can get this information from SINP office. Secondly, I guess SINP is approaching to increase number of applications from January 2014 which is 175 currently, So i understand if you employer supports you, you are good to go with your buddies.

Good luck !

What do you mean by job approval ?
btw, do you know the processing times of Permanent residency in alberta from the time he/she work in alberta in the hotel industry? coz my 2nd plan is to work in alberta as food and beverage server, but i think it will take longer for me if i do that thing. thanks
