SINP-Please assist guys!!! Pretty confused :((

I finished my studies in Toronto (May 2012) and was working in IBM for 2 months . I then moved here to Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in July 2012. Since then I started working for KFC as a cashier. In July 2013, I got promoted as a supervisor and also the required hours of 1920 got over in the same month. Although my wage increase will happen only in Sep 2013. As I reckon that the rules for SINP was changed back in May 2013, I am now wondering if my job position still falls under the NOC category or skilled worker category. Can I apply now for the SINP as I have completed my work hours in Saskatchewan?
Or do I have to wait until the rules gets renewed in Jan 2014?! Is it fine to apply now immediately after my promotion or should I give sometime and stay in this position working for more months?? If so , how long after should I be applying for my PR ???
Which category can I apply under??

Experts please assist me as I have a very limited time left on my PGWP.....(((

Talk to SINP about your options. That is really the fastest way to find out if you can apply right now or under which class.

Don't even bother for this year. The outside SK student category has reached the limit, which means sinp won't take ur application anymore until next year.

First is to wait until next year quota opens or

As u said, u got promoted as supervisor, your job fall under noc B ... So if ur wage is more than 15$ per hour ... Ask ur employer to apply for a job approval letter for supervisor and then u can apply in skilled worker category. Approval of the job letter just depends on the wage as they won't approve if ur wage is less than $15.

R u really sure EB about wages has to be $15 or over...because i m cook and i got paid $13. Does that my job be approved for skilled worker category...

hey guys my wages 11.25 now i am struggling because i got job approval letter as a team member last year oct 2012 that time my hours was not done. and i promoted as a supervisor at July 2013 , now i am asking for job approval letter from my employer they telling me there is no quota left over right now . is that i can submit old approval letter with my shift manager job offer letter. i do not understand how to tackle this matter.
