I want apply for SINP Occupation in demand programme. will it open again soon since this time its cap reached. Should one go through CIC express entry pool for this too? Guys share your knowledge.

There are some predictions of opening the SINP cap again on 2nd January, 2016
so as tetunte said, keep your documents ready.
as the cap gets fill very quickly.
