I am currently working in Saskatchewan and have 1 year of experience in Saskatchewan as a manager in agriculture for an organization. My employer is not willing to provide JAL. My question is since agriculture manager is occupation in demand, can I apply for EOI without JAL? I have studied in Canada and currently working on PGWP. However on the pint grid system I am able to get 60 (which is minimum)
