I will mention my experience timeline below for better understanding, I choosed the intended occupation as NOC1311.
From september 2012 till July 2017 i earned the experience in NOC1311
July 2017 till February 2019 changed two jobs and earned NOC1311
February 2019 till November 2019 (time of submission my oasis application) I am working as NOC1111 which is exluded from the occupation in demand list.
I claimed 5 years of experience in my EOI included 1 year more from beyond 5 years (6 to 10 years) which has no points.
While submitting the oasis application I choosed NOC1311 from my previous jobs and for current job where I am working since 8 months now, I choosed NOC1111 because my job description were matching with the same however this is in excluded list.
My application is in process right now, so the question is...will they simply reject my application or will give me 2 points minus... my EOI points were 80 after adding 10 points of my 5 years of application..but since last 8 months experience is related to NOC1111 so if they remove 2 points.. still points goes to 78...
Can any expert please advise, if they reject then how should i apply again ...on what NOC? Because my 95% experience is in NOC1311 from February 2019 beyond...everyone progress in life and earn positions...so I did the same...
