SINP November cutoff

Hi everyone,
How come the cutoff score jumped from regular 69-70 points to 78+? I have uploaded my EOI a couple of months ago with a score 69. My NOC 2174 has appeared in the latest round but for some reason the cutoff score has been raised to 78 points. Maybe someone has some knowledge about the reason why there are so many candidates with such a high score?

Along with high labour market success scores, more applicants have strong connection to Saskatchewan & adaptability factors - family, work in province etc.
