SINP NOMINEE , SOFT LANDING IN ONTARIO VIA LAND BORDER

Can we do soft landing in different province (Ontario)if We are nominee of another different province (Saskatchewan)via Land border and return back to USA from Ontario?

As Ontario Land Border is closer to our place. Actually we are not planning to go Regina this time. We are planning to return from land border (Ontario) after activating PR. Final move to Regina we will do after few months.

We Will give our Saskatchewan relative’s address . Will it work?

I would like to get some advise regarding my travel plan to Canada in Jan 2024
I have got my CoPR through the SINP programme
I have my flight booked in Jan'24 to Toronto airport (YYZ) from UK, as per my knowledge, the PR process will be completed at Toronto airport.
Since my CoPR is issued based on Saskatchewan provincial programme (SINP), do I need to travel to Regina or need to show tickets booked for travel to Regina at Toronto airport. As I am intending to stay for a week or so in Toronto and then to travel to Regina after a week (thinking to book ticket to Regina once there in Canada).
