I couldn't get all the documents on time(FBI criminal clearance took long) in order to apply for Permanent Residence. Under the Amendments to a SINP Nomination, I can Request a Nomination EXTENSION. Fortunately I found a new job, so I am just waiting for the SINP job approval, plus I have the job offer letter from the employer. The good thing is that I received the job offer letter before the 45 days deadline of my Nomination from my previous job.
QUESTION: How does SINP behaves or responds to a Request for a Nomination Extension Application?. It is just my first application for extension. I've heard SINP will be ok since all my documentation is accurate and it will be my first extension request.
