Writing this to have a helping hand and valuable advise. Please please help.
I have just registered for SINP here in Saskatchewan, and they returned the application stating that, I have to show legal proof that i am separated, children passport and proof of custody.
Scenario is, me and my Ex are separated for 10 years now and we do not have communications, i have 3 kids and they all staying with their father. i really need the kids to be brought here with me, however he is not willing to coperate any ways. he is neither providing consent in taking the passport ( In Philippines its mandatory to have a consent letter for taking passport for minors) for kids nor signing the proof of custody that i sent him. I have applied as kids are not accompanying me to Canada and updated as refused to sign letter that my Ex was not willing to sign. Moreover i have already filed divorce here in Canada and i have updated the same when applying for SINP. Now they came back to me to re apply with necessary requirements.
below are the documents they are asking now to reapply with

1- Proof of legal status of separation -[ Divorce is already filed and i have the application letter.]
2- passport of 3 kids - [ My Kids do now have passport and they are not coming to canada either ways. ]
3- proof of custody of 3 kids - [Ex father is not willing to sign any documents of proof custody. ]
4-Additional family information - [ I can refill this again, i have updated that my kids are not accompanying with me as immigrants.]
Would you please guide or advise what i will do in this stage? my ex will not support me in of the ways and does this mean that i will not be eligible to apply for SINP?
