Hello Sathya,
Please read the SINP Guide
WORK EXPERIENCE RELATED to EDUCATION You need to have one year of work experience in Skilled Professions the past 10 years in the related field of Education
OR
At least two years of paid work experience in a skilled trade within the past five years;
OR
At least 12 months of paid skilled work experience in Canada in the past three years (trades and non-trades).
AND
Your work experience must be in a high skilled occupation (NOC “0”, “A” or “B”) that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan (Refer page 9 in SINP Guide)
Example: If you are showing your Education as Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication Engineering, you need to have one year of experience in the past 10 years related Telecommunication with respect to your Education for which it should be present in the NOC List corresponding SINP Skill “0” or “A” or “B”.
Check for NOC 2283 which you can relate with your education .. It is similar to IT but with telecommunications

Information systems testing technicians execute test plans to evaluate the performance of software applications and
information and
telecommunications systems. They are employed in information technology units throughout the
private and public sectors.
Main duties
Information systems testing technicians perform some or all of the following duties:
• Develop and document software testing plans
• Install software and hardware and configure operating system software in preparation for testing
• Execute, analyze and document results of software application tests and information and
telecommunication systems tests
• Develop and implement software and information system testing policies, procedures and scripts.
