I have been nominated by Saskatchewan Nomination Program, and 2 weeks ago I received my passport stamped and the COPR
for now, I m not yet allowed to fly to Canada due to travel restrictions still applies
but I have the following inquiries in mind, and hope if anyone can give me his/her feedback:
1-
In case of travel restrictions continue to apply after my COPR expiry date: what should I do after? should I request for an extension, or at that time do I become exempt from travel restrictions?
2-
In case of travel restrictions are lifted in the near future hopefully: if a quarantine plan is still required, and while direct travel destinations possible from my place to Canada are Toronto, Montreal, or Vancouver: should I plan my quarantine in Toronto -one of those destinations-? or continue with an internal flight to Regine -or Saskatoon- and then start my quarantine period there?

The internal flight in both cases: after spending my quarantine period in Toronto or before-: where my destination should be Regine or Saskatoon?
I'm asking because the destination in my COPR is stated as Saskatoon according to my Express Entry profile inputs. But I m aware that the Saskatchewan immigration office is in Regine. or is it ok either way?

General inquiry: in normal circumstances: if there are no travel restrictions nor quarantine plane required: how the landing process should happen properly in my case of being nominated by SINP?
