HEY

I am confused regarding the word field of study on SINP website. I have done one year study in law field from Toronto and have law degree from india, also registered woth law society of upper Canada and currently doing business 8 months course in University of regina. If, i apply for sinp with full time job offer as a LEGAL SECRETARY OR LEGAL ASSISTANT would it be considered as my field of study ????

if this title is meeting the description of your NOC code then you should be good. also you should be getting paid at this job as a minimum to your wage median which can be found at workingincanada.gc.ca

I would also suggest that since you live in Regina take your documentation and concern over to the 7th floor at Hamilton St in Regina and meet the immigration officer they are always happy to help you, this is better than putting something which you are not sure about.
