SINP: Is there any requirement for full-time job for close relative?

Hi all,

I have a specific question about close relative eligibility.

My first cousin is doing a part-time job. Can I show my relationship to her and get points for SINP?

I don't see full-time job requirement anywhere so want to know if anyone has this information and links to that.
