Last day my employer got an email that my JAL is ineligible. The reason is that my estimated time for each duty per week doesn’t match with the duties posted on JobBank. I think it means that my duty that he mainly allocated is duty for someone else who I supervised, not for supervisor. So he is going to re-apply it next week. Before re-apply, I have some questions.
1. He is trying to attach the supporting documents. (Organization chart, several invoices that I signed, ‘Lists for order’ that me and my manager signed). Is that documents can use as supporting documents?
2. Does it effect positive if my manager call to sinp and discuss about my previous ineligible jal?
3. Is it acceptable that re-apply right next week when i’ve got ineligible letter? Should I wait for several weeks or not?
I think he will update my job offer letter. I want some answers for my questions and anything I can do more. Thanks for your help.
